1. GENERAL TERMS
By booking or entering Coyote Ugly Saloon UK, you agree to comply with all terms, policies, and venue rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable environment for all guests. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone not adhering to venue rules.

2. AGE POLICY
All guests must be 18+ and provide valid ID upon entry. Underage guests will not be admitted, even with parental supervision after specific hours in relation to each site. For this information, please call the relevant venue.
3. BOOKINGS AND REFUND POLICY
No Refunds: All bookings, ticket purchases, and table reservations are non-refundable. This applies to both pre-paid and on-site bookings. Bookings can be transferred, but refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
Event Changes: Coyote Ugly Saloon UK reserves the right to reschedule or modify events as needed, in which case ticket holders may receive an alternative booking or credit for future use.
4. CONDUCT AND SAFETY
Respectful behaviour towards staff and other guests is mandatory. Any form of harassment, aggressive behaviour, or damage to property will result in removal from the premises. Management reserves the right to remove any guest causing disturbances or posing a safety risk, without refund.
5. ALCOHOL POLICY
Responsible Drinking: The venue promotes responsible alcohol consumption and reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests. Any guest deemed unfit for further service will not receive a refund for previously purchased drinks.
6. DATA PRIVACY
Personal information collected during booking is handled according to UK data protection laws. Information will only be used for booking management, customer service, and marketing with prior consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA RELEASE
By entering the premises, guests consent to photography, video recording, and use of media in Coyote Ugly's marketing materials. Guests may request exclusion from media, which will be respected where feasible.
8. LIABILITY
Coyote Ugly Saloon UK is not responsible for lost or stolen items or for injuries sustained on the premises due to guest negligence or non-compliance with safety rules.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, except in respect of our Edinburgh venue, where your visit and any matter arising there is governed by the law of Scotland. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
10. POLICY UPDATES
These terms are reviewed periodically to stay current with industry practices and may be updated. By entering the premises or booking an event, guests agree to the latest Terms and Conditions.
