VENUE POLICY

Coyote Ugly Saloon UK Venue Policy

Please read our venue policy before you visit. It applies across all Coyote Ugly Saloon UK venues, and by entering you agree to it. We maintain all our venues in line with UK health, safety and hygiene standards.

1. AGE AND ID

All guests must be 18 or over and carry valid photo ID. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot prove they are 18 or over.

2. ENTRY AND SECURITY
Security staff are on hand during busy periods to manage entry and keep everyone safe. Searches may be carried out on entry as a condition of admission. CCTV is in operation across our venues for the safety and security of guests and staff. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest at our discretion.

3. DRUGS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on illegal drugs. Anyone found in possession will be refused entry or removed, and may be reported to the police. Weapons and other prohibited items are not permitted on the premises.

4. DRESS CODE AND BAR-TOP SAFETY
Fancy dress is always welcome, get into the spirit. For safety, stilettos, bare feet and flip-flops are not allowed on the bar top. Our team may refuse access to the bar-top if your footwear is unsafe.

5. BEHAVIOUR AND RESPECT

We're here for a good time, and everyone deserves to feel safe. Harassment, aggression, discrimination or any behaviour that puts others at risk will not be tolerated and will result in removal without refund.

6. RESPONSIBLE DRINKING
We love a party, but we serve alcohol responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, in line with UK licensing law.

7. ACCESSIBILITY
We want everyone to enjoy Coyote Ugly. Our teams are happy to help guests with accessibility needs. Please speak to a member of staff or contact your venue ahead of your visit so we can make sure you're looked after.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA
Our venues are lively places and we sometimes capture photos and video for our social media and marketing. By entering, you accept that you may appear in this content. If you'd prefer not to, let a member of staff know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

9. BOOKINGS
Tables and packages can be booked in advance, and we'd recommend it for peak nights and events. Bookings require full payment up front and are non-refundable, except where we have to close the venue. To change a booking, contact us as early as you can and we'll do our best to help.

10. LOST PROPERTY
Lost something on a night out? Speak to a member of staff straight away. Unclaimed items are held for a limited period, after which they may be donated or disposed of.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA
Any personal data we collect for bookings, payments and reservations is handled in line with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

12. FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
We're always looking to make the experience better. If something wasn't right, or was brilliant, tell us. You can speak to the venue directly or email us at bookings@breakingbrands.co.uk. Feedback is reviewed regularly and taken seriously.
